Quotes and services

An enquiry does not create a contract. Any work is subject to a written quote or other agreed scope, aircraft and site requirements, access, scheduling and any additional service terms provided before work begins.

Scope

Mach One provides mobile aircraft cleaning and detailing services. Unless separately agreed in writing and lawfully authorised, our services do not include aircraft maintenance, repair, certification, aircraft movement, refuelling, engine runs, marshalling or test flights.

Your information

You must provide accurate information when requesting a quote, including relevant aircraft, location, access, material, condition and safety requirements. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The website design, text, graphics and branding are owned by, or licensed to, Mach One Aviation Services. You may view the website for personal or business enquiry purposes, but must not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for loss arising solely from reliance on website content or from temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
